COP Tactics Pressure Point Instructor-Trainer Course (5-days)

This is not your "father's" Pressure Point class. This training will show you how to STOP an assaultive subject using pressure points that WORK! You will learn to teach your officers how they can use pressure points to assist in dealing with actively resistant subjects and how these skills work in combination with the arrest skills they already have. Police Fighting Skills and Pressure Point Instructor Course (2-5 days)

Level One (4 Certificates)

·  Use of Force Instructor Certification: Learn how to teach “reasonable”   Use of Force to your officers.
·  Pressure Point Basic Instructor Certification: This is not your “father’s” Pressure Point class. Learn how to use Pressure Points that have real stopping power and fit within the entire arrest process.
·  Monadnock Expandable Baton Basic Instructor Certification: This class was developed to show officers how to fight and win with the police baton. We go beyond the endless, static “techniques”.
·  COP Tactics Arrest Skills Instructor Certification: We connect ALL of our skills using the “make the arrest” philosophy. This system makes all of our techniques more practical and “street worthy”.

Level Two (4 additional Certificates)

·  Pressure Point Advanced Instructor Certification: This is the next step in the utilization of Pressure Points in the arrest process. These techniques allow for greater distracting/stopping power.
·  Monadnock Expandable Baton Advanced Instructor Certification: We extend our baton fighting system to include Control and Restraint to Handcuffing. The ULTIMATE in baton systems!
·  Monadnock Defensive Tactics Systems Instructor Certification: This “principle based” DT Program allows instructors to easily incorporate these skills into what they are already teaching.

·  Pressure Point Fighting Skills Instructor Certification: Officers in a fight with a subject need to know how to hit with a high degree of stimulation. HIT, SHAKE, DISORIENT, WIN!!!                                                                                     
·  TASER Arrest Tactics Instructor Certification:·If you carry the TASER or are thinking about it, Instructors will learn how to make the physical arrest of a subject that is being “tased”.
·  Pepper Spray Arrest Tactics Instructor Certification: The easiest, most practical Pepper Spray class anywhere. Instructors will learn the most effective Pepper Spray Arrest Tactic.                                                                      
· COP Tactics Combat and Arrest Skills Advanced Instructor Certification: Fight to WIN to “Make the Arrest”. Instructors will learn the skills and drills that will make that concept easy for their officers to learn.

Pepper Spray Arrest Tactics Instructor Program (1-day) This Pepper Spray Instructor Program concentrates on instructor information and skills that  zero in on what officers "need to know" as it related to the use of this very important force option. The Pepper Spray Skills taught within this program are integrated with actual arrest techniques. This course is a generic course that can be used with any Pepper Spray product. Participants will receive a CD with all of the materials (including a PowerPoint presentation) to conduct basic OC training for their officers.

Monadnock Expandable Baton Instructor Course (2-days) This course incorporates the comprehensive Monadnock Expandable Baton Program with the COP Tactics formula for training that focuses on risk recognition, the appropriate baton technique(s) and a realistic transition into an arrest technique. Participants will learn to teach their officers how "fight and win" with their baton and complete the arrest with the baton controlling techniques.

Monadnock PR-24 Instructor Course (2-days) The PR-24 Instructor Course looks to prepare trainers to teach the most versatile and transitional batons available to law enforcement officers. This training is complete with personal defense techniques, several options as an impact tool, as well as the skills to control an Active Resistant subject for handcuffing. This course will also teach participants how to teach their officers to "fight and win" with their baton and to complete the arrest with the baton controlling techniques.

COP Tactics/IFM Use of Force Instructor Course (1-day) The most important aspect of all force related training is knowing "when" to implement all of the skills and tools available to an officer. This course looks to create a foundation of Risk Assessment, Subject Action(s) identification and a balanced Officer Response for which all Use of Force training is based. This class will prepare each participant to teach use of force, defend an officer using the Use of Force Model and/or prepare them to assist in writing use of force policies. Each participant will receive a CD containing a PowerPoint presentation and all of the supporting materials to perform these actions. 

COP Tactics/IFM Motor Vehicle Stops Instructor Course (2-days) A critical law enforcement function from which countless enforcement and investigative encounters begin. This course is based on the highly acclaimed book "Motor Vehicle Stops; Safety Strategies and Tactical Procedures" written by Gregory Connor and David A. Standen. Course content includes procedures and tactics for Risk Stops (there is no such thing as "Low" or "No" Risk Stops), High Risk Stops and the most dangerous of all stops, the Transitional Risk Stop. This course will include classroom presentation and pratical application. Participants will receive a copy of the "Motor Vehicle Stops" book and a CD containing a PowerPoint presentation and a number of supporting documents.
